Founder, Voice & Flute Instructor
Rhonda has been a vocal teacher in the Temecula Valley for 20 years and serves as the Director of Music at St. Martha Catholic Church. She directs numerous choirs, is Vice President of the West Coast Country Music Association & is an award winning performer and recording artist. She believes your voice is an instrument and she can teach you how to be a successful vocalist in any style or genre!
Joe Encee
Guitar & Songwriting Coach
An acoustic guitar instructor with a strong foundation in bluegrass and country, Joe brings a love for nearly every genre into each lesson. He teaches guitar technique, music theory, and supports students as they develop their own original songs. With years of experience as a dedicated musician, Joe is passionate about helping players grow their skills and discover their unique sound.

Piano Instructor
Rose Fleites has been playing piano for 15 years, performing for 3 and teaching for 2. She was the previous accompanist at Chaparral High School and Calvary Baptist Church. Teaching is one of Rose’s greatest joys; she loves guiding students, celebrating their progress, and sharing the beauty of music as they learn to play.

Voice & Stage Presence Coach
Brianna has been singing since the age of four and brings over two decades of performance, choir, and studio experience to Rhonda Parish Music Studio. She has competed and won at both local and national levels, performed as a soloist and band vocalist, and recorded background vocals for numerous artists. With a degree in entrepreneurial business focused on marketing and public relations—and eight years of professional marketing experience—she blends musical expertise with storytelling skills to help students shine with confidence on stage

Guitar, Ukulele, Piano & Songwriting C0ach
With 12 combined years of lessons in vocal performance, piano and guitar, as well as 3 years of experience teaching in private, small group, and classroom settings, Mary is passionate about instilling a love of music in students however she can. She aims to guide students in seeing the real application of their foundational skills in their everyday playing, whether it be towards performing a song for an audience or simply deriving more joy out of their instrument.

Do I need any experience to get started?
No experience needed. Many Temecula students begin with zero background in music, and our instructors guide them through clear, confidence-building steps.

We provide private lessons in voice, guitar, piano, flute, ukulele, and drums. We also offer stage presence coaching, professional recording studio opportunities, and songwriting workshops.
